How our site and services work
apsara travel provides you with support to organize private trips. We are not a travel agency. Therefore, we are not responsible for booking plane tickets, visits or accommodation. However, we facilitate all these procedures and formalities before your departure and during your stay.
The steps to follow
1. Define your travel plan
consult available destinations and country information (click on country information section)
select the main data regarding your trip: country, length of stay, period, number of people, etc.
2. Choose your solution
select the service which is best suited to your needs from the solutions offered by apsara travel. To do this, please click on the line of services section
3. Contact us
if you decide to subscribe to the on-line guide, please follow the instructions in the on-line guide section to activate your account
if you decide to opt for a tailored trip, please fill in the contact form to tell us about your travel plans: we will acknowledge receipt of your request within 48 hours (two working days) before discussing your travel plans
4. Book your trip
you chose the “route” solution : now you can book (refer to the terms and conditions)
upon receipt of your booking, we will issue an initial route proposal within the time frames specified in the acknowledgement of receipt concerning your request
this proposal will then be part of a discussion prior to our issuing a final route which will take the form of a customized mini-guide encompassing all sorts of useful information for your trip
